Founded in 2015 in Jintan,Changzhou,Jiangsu Province,Jiangsu Deming New Materials Co.,Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise. It integrates the R&D,extrusion production,precision deep processing,import and export sales of PC polycarbonate sheets. With multiple branch companies in Suzhou,Shanghai,Tianjin and other regions,the company has built its independent brand "Deming" and has been deeply engaged in the high-performance PC sheet industry for more than ten years.
Covering a factory area of 20,000 square meters,the company introduces Italian imported co-extrusion production lines and adopts 10,000-class dust-free workshops. It is equipped with more than 70 sets of processing equipment including CNC engraving machines,screen printing machines,hot and cold bending machines,and cutting machines,with an annual production capacity of over 17,000 tons. All raw materials adopt brand-new virgin PC pellets from Bayer,Teijin and SABIC with no recycled materials used. The company steadily manufactures a full range of PC solid endurance sheets,including general-grade,UL94 V0 flame-retardant grade,and double-sided co-extruded UV weather-resistant sheets.
The main products cover transparent/colored PC endurance sheets,diffuser sheets,frosted sheets,fireproof and flame-retardant PC sheets,special sheets for equipment windows,and road sound insulation barrier sheets. Custom thickness ranges from 0.5mm to 20mm with customizable length and width,and the maximum width is limited to 2.1 meters. Custom personalized surface treatments are available,including double-sided UV co-extrusion,anti-static,wear-resistant,hard-coated and anti-fog coatings. The company also provides one-stop processing services including cutting,bending,drilling,engraving and screen printing.
The products have passed ISO9001,CE,SGS,RoHS,UL94 and other authoritative tests,and are applicable to multiple scenarios such as building fireproof daylighting,industrial equipment protection,new energy energy storage,municipal transportation,advertising light boxes,electronic and electrical engineering,and greenhouse planting.
